Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro was spotted filming earlier today in front of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. A photo posted to the wdwmagic forums shows D’Amaro standing near a construction wall in front of a camera. Walt Disney World Ambassador Shannon Smith-Conrad was also seen in the photo. Based on the angle of the filming, it’s very clear that the topic of the video, or at least the segment being filmed, is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Disney World has previously announced that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open this summer at Magic Kingdom. It’s possible that D’Amaro could be filming an announcement to reveal the opening date of the attraction, but no further information is known at this time.

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders is set for April 3rd, so it’s possible that D’Amaro is filming a segment for a presentation during that meeting. Instead of announcing an opening date, it’s also possible that D’Amaro is simply highlighting upcoming attractions or projects. It’s also possible, but probably less likely, that D’Amaro is filming something for internal use and not public consumption.
